Guarantee: 150 €  deposit upon picking up the keys. this deposit is returned minus any possible costs for breakage.

Electricity: charged out of season from 01/10 to 15/05 at a cost of 0,15 € / kw.

Sheet rental: optional : single bed : 7 €  - double bed : 14 € - TV (15 €/week), baby bed or baby chair (15 €/week), housework (from 30 to 45 €).

Reservation : comes into force as soon as the contract, signed and with the reservation deposit (25% of total cost of stay) is returned.

Conditions for cancelling : Any cancellation must be notified by registered post or by way of a telegram. Any cancellation less than 30 days beforehand, with no valid reason, will mean that the deposit will not be refunded.

Visitors: to announce any visit at the reception (NO ACCESS to the swimming pool)

Quiet and discreet pets are accepted at the Domaine, within the limit of one pet per villa.
Cost: 15€ /week (small pets -5 kg)
